**The Dingle Cookery School is keen to provide teaching opportunities for the local community as well as to tutor enthusiasts, existing and aspiring cooks and complete newcomers.**
Purpose built training rooms are specially equipped for teaching of skills such as bread making, seafood, butchery, preserving and pastry. The environment overlooking Dingle Bay is serene and inspiring, but very accessible and a great place to learn how to cook traditional Irish foods.
The aim of the school is to share it’s passion and respect for food and to provide clients with the knowledge and confidence to cook for themselves, their family and friends and most importantly enjoy food.
