Dingle Cookery School offers a unique opportunity for people of all skill levels to expand their knowledge through a wide range of courses.

The aim of the school is to share it’s passion and respect for food and to provide clients with the knowledge and confidence to cook for themselves, their family and  friends and most importantly to enjoy food.

Purpose built training rooms are specially equipped for teaching of skills such as bread making, seafood, butchery, preserving and pastry. The environment overlooking Dingle Bay is serene and inspiring, but very accessible and a great place to learn how to cook traditional Irish foods.

Dingle Cookery School is a partnership between Mark Murphy and Muireann Nic Giolla Ruaidh who between them have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Both have a love of local and Irish food and a natural flair for hospitality. A visit to the Dingle Cookery School is an experience not to be missed.
