Vegetarian food and cooking can never be dull with such a huge variety of vegetables available, and as plant based menus and diets are becoming so popular it's good to know how to cater for every guest.
There is no need to think vegetarian cuisine requires more thought than traditional cooking in actual fact the two overlap in culinary disciplines. The only thing required to create wonderful vegetarian dishes is good ingredients and a little extra creativity which you shall learn on this course. We shall create a number of substantial and nutritious meals that can either substitute a diet free of meat or allow flexibility and inspiration to those who wish to explore this tasty cuisine.
You will leave confident enough to recreate these new fabulous vegetarian dishes and you will have the confidence to create your own successful and tasty dishes using seasonal produce.
At the end of the class you will get to sit down and taste all the dishes you prepared.
